This article discusses the calls to relook laws in Malaysia that are seen as restrictive which includes changes to the Universities and University Colleges Act, the Printing Presses and Publications Act, and that a Freedom of Information Act be enacted. One of the change to the law expected is to allow students and lecturers to engage in political activities.
