Malaysia: Understand Voter Registration Process First Before Complaining – EC, Bernama (2011)
This article reports that the Malaysian EC wants elected representatives to understand the voter registration process before complaining, as there are several layers to the process before a citizen is registered as valid voter. It is reported that the citizens who change addresses and newly registered citizens are not yet included in the Master Electoral Roll (DPI), which has the list of confirmed voters, as there are several procedures to be followed by the EC.
