‘Shape in’ or ship out of Swapo, New Era (2009)

he Secretary of Swapo Party Youth League, Elijah Ngurare, has urged parliamentary candidates to always remember the electorate once they start sitting in Parliament. Addressing the youth during a Swapo rally recently at Okandjengedi in Oshakati, Ngurare said most parliamentarians forget the communities where they come from, while these are the people that made it possible for them to obtain parliamentary seats.
