Nigeria:Appeal court nullifies election of four Osun PDP lawmakers, The Nation (2010)

An appeal court has overruled the lower court's judgment and invalidated the elections of four members of the House of Representatives due to accusations of election malpractice. There will be rerun elections to fill the vacant seats.
