Nigeria: INEC to recruit NYSC members as ad hoc staff, The Nigerian Tribune (2010)

This article report on the decision of the Nigerian Independent National Electoral Commission to recruit members of the National Youth Service Corps to carry out the voters registration. The Chairman of the commission, Professor Jega, made this announcement yesterday, that a Memorandum of Understanding will be soon developed and signed.
