Nigeria: Lagos judge moves election machine theft case to family court, NEXT (2011)

This article reports on the trial of four people allegedly involved in the theft of 20 Direct Data Capture machines used for voters' registration activities in Nigeria. Due to the involvement of a minor, the case has been transferred to Family Court.
