Nigerian President Backs Election Chief Despite Poll Delay Voanews (2011)

The president of the electoral commission in Nigeria Mr. Jega is being asked to step down because of the postponement of the legislatives which are due to logistical issues; which will delay the presidential for later this month. But he is being supported by the President Mr. Goodluck Jonathan.
