Nigerians in Diaspora to vote in subsequent polls, The Nigerian Compass (2010)

This article reports on the procedures for Nigerian citizens voting abroad. President Goodluck Jonathan promised to introduce reforms to allow citizens living abroad to vote after the election in 2011. In particular, he stated that the Diaspora community has the capacity to become a change agent.
