Nigeria's Jonathan Secures Unbeatable Poll Lead; Riots Erupt Voanews. com (2011)

In Nigeria, as the results are coming out, the President Goodluck Jonathan is taking the lead, with little chance for a second round. In states such as Kano, Kaduna and Zaria there were irruptions of violence. Mr. Buhari is saying that he will not contest the results in case of his loss. According to the observers the election went well.
