Problems line up for Nigerian election, CNN News (2011)
This article reports on the many issues that are emerging in Nigeria, as the election day is approaching. In the recent elections in the southern Delta State, the Independent National Electoral Commission had many challenges to face, and Chairman Attahiru Jega denounced the total lack of voting equipment, personnel and security.
