Nigeria: Stakeholders harp on credible elections in 2011, The Nigerian Tribune (2010)

This article discusses the preparations for the 2011 elections in Nigeria. The University of Ibadan organized a Symposium on Democracy and the responsibilities of the electorate, INEC and law enforcement agents.
