Shocking Disclosure: 5 Mln Voters illegal in Nepal's CA election, Telegraph Nepal (2010)

The Chief Election Commissioner Mr. Nilkantha Uprety revealed last Monday, September 27 that more than 5 million voters who voted during the Constituent Assembly Elections were not genuine. The remark was made after the meeting of the nine party leaders represented in the constituent assembly.
