Nepal: Re-polling Held in 5 Nepal Constituencies for Special Assembly, The International Herald Tribune (2008)

Thousands of Nepalese in five constituencies cast votes Thursday for a second time after authorities ordered a new round of polling because of violence and fraud during last week's election to choose a constitution-writing assembly.
