Philippines: Int'l forum on electoral reform set, The Philippine Star (2011).
This article reports an international forum on electoral reform to be held in manila. The forum aims to identify key democratic challenges facing electoral systems and processes in the region, developing a better understanding of electoral reform options and political party regulatory strategies. The event is jointly spearheaded by UNDP Asia-Pacific Regional Center, UNDP Philippines, and the Commission on Human Rights.
