Philippines: Prisoners set to vote in May 2013 elections, PIA (2012).

This article discusses the promulgated COMELEC Resolution No. 9371 on rules and regulation on detainee registration and voting in National and Local elections. Prisoners who have been in jail for six months and who are 18 years old and older on the day of the elections may register and vote.
