Philippines: Comelec resumes voter registration, Philstar (2011)

This article reports that the Philippines’ Commission on Elections (Comelec) is set to continue registration of voters and validation of registration records to for citizens qualified to vote to participate in the 2013 elections. The voter registration period will end on 31 October 2012.
