Philippines: House okays bill seeking to cleanse national voters' list, Zamboanga Today Online (2011)
This article notes that The House of Representative has approved the final bill to cleanse the national voter’s list. The Validation process shall be taken form the biometric of the voters. The automatic registration will help the election officers to nullify all existing registrations, purge the padded old voter's list and come up with a new computerized certified voter's list that is free from double or multiple registrants.
