Philippines: Poll body resets Armm polls, Sunstar (2011)

This article reports that the Philippines’ Comelec has issued two resolutions rescheduling polls at the ARMM. The Commission decided to reset the election period to June 9-September 7 and the period for the filing of the Certificates of Candidacy (COCs) to May 19 and May 23. The decision was made to afford more time for the pre-election preparations for the elections in the ARMM.
