Philippines: Senate to tackle bill postponing ARMM polls, ABS-CBN News (2011)

This article reports that the Senate Committee on Local Government will conduct a hearing on Thursday, April 7, on the proposed postponement of the August 2011 elections in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). The hearing will invite officials from, among others, the ARMM, Commission on Elections, the Regional Legislative Assembly (RLA), and the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos.
