The article discusses the electoral rolls in Pakistan. The new voter lists contain over 83 million names and are based on biometric database. The new lists have raised a question of integrity of previous electoral rolls as the number of elibigle voter has grown only 3.8 per cent whereas the estimated growth of population in Pakistan is 8.2 per cent during the same time period.
