Puerto Rico: Governor signs electoral code changes, Caribbean Business (2011)

Puerto Rico's governor has approved changes to the nation's electoral code, which will see to, among other things, the shortening of the polit­i­cal cam­paign peri­ods and the imple­mentation of an elec­tronic vot­ing and bal­lot ver­i­fi­ca­tion system.
