Romanian annulled votes recount to end on Monday (Reuters, 2009)

A recount ordered by the Romanian Constitutional Court of about 138,000 annulled votes cast in a Dec. 6 presidential ballot, is expected to be completed by Monday at 1300 GMT, the Central Election Bureau said on Friday.
