Election observers concerned over Sudan crackdown, Reuters (2009)

The election observers in Sudan expressed their grave concern about the government crackdowns on opposition rallies. International observers from the Carter Centre call on the government to investigate the police brutality and end the arbitrary arrests of people who were protesting.
