Singapore: NCMP seats offered to best-losing opposition candidates, Channel News Asia (2011)

This article reports that the Singapore Elections Department has offered three Non-Constituency Member of Parliament (NCMP) seats to the best-losing candidates in the general election. Three NCMP seats are left for the highest opposition losers, after six seats were already won.
