Early elections in Slovenia set for December, The Sacramento Bee (2011)

Danilo Turk, Slovenia`s president said Wednesday that Slovenia's first snap election since gaining independence in 1991 will be held Dec. 4. Turk called the vote after the center-left government was ousted in a no-confidence vote in the parliament on Sept. 20.
