Election rule change would benefit Senegal's ruler CBS (2011)
In Senegal the elections are scheduled in February 2012, 8 months before it the government is trying to pass a new electoral law that will put in place a ticket constituted by a president and vice president. This law is creating a polemic within the opposition and the civil society.
