Turks and Caicos Islands:UK “concerned” about small voting franchise, Turks and Caicos Weekly News (2011)

British authorities are expressing concern about the low percentage of the population in the Turks and Caicos Islands, - a British Overseas Territory - that are allowed to vote. Only about a third of the population are natives, otherwise called Belongers. Non-Natives are not allowed to vote.
