Thailand: MP suspended pending court ruling, Bangkok Post (2011).

This article discusses one of member of parliament (MP) who gets suspension due the Election Commission (EC)'s petition for his disqualification. The EC found the MP guilty of electoral fraud and petitioned the Supreme Court's Election Cases Division to disqualify him.
