Thailand: EC begins election meetings, Bangkok Post (2011)
This article reports that Thailand’s Election Commission has begun their preparation for the general election scheduled 3 July 2011. The EC has begun preparing for registration of candidates in the party list system. According to the election law, the registration of candidates in the constituency system must be within 20 days after a royal decree for a general election takes effect.
