Thailand: EC can issue poll laws, if needed, The Nation (2011)

This article notes the concerns of the Speaker of the House of Representatives with regards to the immediate passing of the three organic election laws as prerequisite to holding a general election. He noted that in the event that legal amendments were not finished on time due to disagreement among MPs, the Constitution allows the Election Commission to issue poll regulations.
