First BRIDGE Workshop in Turkmenistan (, from May 11, 2010 09:00 AM to May 15, 2010 04:00 PM)
UNDP Turkmenistan in cooperation with National Institute of Democracy and Human Rights and Central Election Commission of Turkmenistan, with the financial support of Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is implementing the project ”Enhancing Electoral System and Process in Turkmenistan”. Under the capacity building component of the ongoing project UNDP conducted the pilot BRIDGE workshop for the electoral officials of Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan: Media and Elections training, BRIDGE (2010) (Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, from Nov 01, 2010 10:00 AM to Nov 04, 2010 05:30 PM)
The EMB of Turkmenistan, with the support of UNDP is organising a whole range of capacity building activities before upcoming Halk Maslahaty elections of 5 December, 2010. Two 2-day media and election trainings will be conducted in the capital city Ashgabat. 40 journalists from TV, radio and printed media participated.

The EMB of Turkmenistan, with the support of UNDP is organising a whole range of capacity building activities before upcoming Halk Maslahaty elections of 5 December, 2010. Five 1-day trainings for local observers will be conducted in the capital city and 4 vilayats of Turkmenistan.
Turkmenistan: Voting Operations, training of trainers (2010) (Ashgabat, Mary, Balkanabad, Turkmenabad, Dashoguz, from Nov 01, 2010 10:00 AM to Nov 09, 2010 05:00 PM)
The EMB of Turkmenistan, with the support of UNDP is organising a whole range of capacity building activities before upcoming Halk Maslahaty elections of 5 December, 2010. Five 2-day trainings on voting operations will be conducted in the capital city and 4 regions. Participants of the trainings will be election officials. Afterwards, they will be responsible for conducting procedural trainings for their colleagues.
