ODIHR Head Buoyed By Turkmen 'Willingness To Engage', RFE/RL (2010)

The article reports that a top official from OSCE announced about readiness of Turkmenistan for cooperation with the organisation. OSCE/ODIHR has proposed cooperation with Turkmenistan in such spheres as the legislative framework for elections, the law on public organizations, the development of civil society in general, and human rights education.
