Turkmen Leader Again Advocates Multiparty System, RFE/RL (2010)

The article reports that Turkmenista's leader again expresses readiness to support multiparty system in the country. President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov says he has ordered parliament to draft a law on political parties. He believes, the second party in the country should be an agrarian party.
