Planned restriction on Tonga’s public servants contesting election called unconstitutional, Radio New Zealand International (2010)

This article discusses the proposed amendment to the Public Service Act in Tonga. The Tonga Democratic Labour Party will present a petition against this amendment, which would force public servants to resign before running for an election.
