Tanzania: Double registered voters to be prosecuted in law courts, The Citizen (2010)

The National Electoral Commission (NEC) said yesterday that it was going to hand over the names of these people to their respective municipal directors so that legal actions could be taken against them as double registration was a criminal offence.
