Ukraine: Tomenko forecasts 'electoral paradox' at local elections (Kyiv Post, 2010)

Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mykola Tomenko (BYuT) has said he is convinced that holding local elections under a mixed system might cause an electoral paradox: local communities will vote for the programs of one party, and the majority will be based on the programs of other parties.
