Ukraine’s Timoshenko to dispute election returns in court (Itar-Tass, 2010)
Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko has drafted a lawsuit addressed to the Supreme Administrative Court to call in question the legality of the Central Election Commission’ s protocol declaring the results of presidential elections. The lawsuit will be submitted to the court on Tuesday, February 16, the chief of Timoshenko’s election team, First Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Turchinov said on Monday. He added that the lawsuit would be filed personally on behalf of presidential candidate Yulia Timoshenko.
