Yanukovych: New draft law on election to be submitted to Venice Commission, unian.net (2011)

Viktor Yanukovych Ukrainian President said a commission headed by Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych worked out a draft electoral law and they are ready to forward it to the Venice Commission. According to President Yanukovych a large number of NGOs, political parties and international consultants were involved to prepare the new election law promptly.
