The Article talks of the Constitutional ruling in which a five-judges panel was interpretation section 83 of the constitution with relation to the nomination for parliamentary seats by incumbent members of parliament, councilors and ministers. stated that “You cannot in a multi-party political system continue to represent the electorate on a party basis in Parliament, while at the same time offering yourself for election for the next Parliament on the ticket of a different political party or as an independent."
