Uganda:FDC starts voter education exercise, Daily Monitor (2010)

Opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) will today start a voter sensitisation drive across the country ahead of next year’s general elections. The party president, Dr Kizza Besigye, will lead the drive that starts with a regional conference in Arua Town. It is aimed at educating voters about their rights, electoral processes, party manifesto as well throw more light about Inter-Party Cooperation (IPC), according to the spokesperson.
