Uganda: Guidelines on poll coverage by the media launched, Daily Monitor (2010)

This article talks of new guidelines on media coverage of elections launched by the Electoral Commission of Uganda's Chairperson Badru Kiggundu. At the launch the Uganda Broadcasting Corporation was cautioned on favoring the ruling party at the expense of the other parties.
