SA has reputation of holding credible elections, SABCNews (2011)

It is reported that the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) held a draw for the positions on the ballot paper today in preparation for next month's local government elections. In her speech, the IEC Chair,Dr. Brigalia Bam says after seventeen years of democracy, the country has a reputation of holding credible elections. She attributed this to the commitment by the all electoral stakeholders.
