South Africa: DA retains Cape Town: IEC, IOL (2011)

The results released by the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) has declared the Democratic Alliance (DA) as the winner in the city of Cape Town. It is reported that the DA has has also secured a number of municipalities in the Western Cape province.
