South Africa: Electoral Court's recommendation on Tlakula serves as a warning, SABCNews (2014)

In this article, the Electoral Court's recommends that IEC chairperson Pansy Tlakula be removed from her post. In a written judgment the court has found that Tlakula had compromised the IEC's independence and integrity. Parties which filed the complained welcomed the ruling.
