South Africa: IEC dismisses vote-rigging claims in F State, SABCNews (2011)

The article reports on allegations of vote rigging in the Free State province. The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) in the province has dimissed such allegations saying that all the results were independently audited before being declared.
