South Africa: Realignment debate a political ploy- ANC, SABC News (2010)

The Democratic Alliance’s (DA) claims that certain KwaZulu-Natal municipalities would be realigned before the upcoming local government elections was "a desperate attempt to gain political mileage", the African National Congress (ANC) charged today.
