Zambia:Police, ECZ quick action thwart near stampede at Lusaka City station, Lusaka Times (2011)

It is reported that voters got impatient yesterday at one of the polling stations in Lusaka after it opened just after 06:00 in the morning. It took a collective team the Zambia Police Service and the Electoral Commission (ECZ ) officers to calm the situation.
