Zambia: Change voting mark, electorate urges ECZ, Lusaka Times (2010)

The article reports on appeal by a concerned citizen, Mr. Eric Lwimba to the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to consider replacing the cross voting mark on ballot papers with a tick. In his statement, Mr. Lwimba states that the cross mark confuses at least one in ten voters.
