Zambia: UPG to Print Ballot Papers for Three Upcoming By-Elections, All Africa (2011)

It is reported that the South African company that printed ballots for this year's tripartite elections will once again print the by-election ballots. The country will hold three Parlimentary by-elections on the 24 November 2011.
