Mugabe: New constitution before poll, News24 (2012)

In this article, Zimbabwe President, Robert Mugabe sasy he expects next elections to be held under a new constitution. Mugabe was addressing parliament yesterday when he told members that the major objective is holding the next harmonised elections in March 2013 under a new constitution.
